Product Manager

You are a good fit if you have:
2 - 5 years of overall experience in Product Management
Past background building stellar high scale tech products
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; effective presentation skills is a must
Ability to think creative and solve problem
Entrepreneurial mindset
Able to fit in well within an informal startup environment and to provide hands-on
management
Extensive experience working with design and engineering teams
What you’ll do?
Act like an owner for the success of your product.
Lead team in developing and implementing product vision and strategy.
Collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and requirements.
Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap.
Convert ideas to prototypes.
Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time.
Perform market and competitive research.
Take key product decisions, including those that impact design, usability, features, content,
and revenue, in consultation with the leaders.
Crunch analytics & log data regularly to identify consumer insights / market insights
What do you need for this ?
Background in Computer Science or related stream, MBA is a plus
Familiarity in agile development framework(not mandatory)
Eye for detail along with high benchmarks for quality
Highly analytical, data-driven mindset
Collaborative, team player with proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts
Experience with creating roadmaps and product requirements, launching products, and
product lifecycle management
Strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities
