Location: No location restrictions, we hire remotely worldwide 🌍
Language: We operate internally and externally in English (US)
Hours: 40 hours per week for full-time. Our team follows EST hours, so please be available during those times as needed. Level: Junior (3+ years)
🌟 The Opportunity:
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, managing target audiences, designing engaging templates, proofreading emails, ensuring mobile-friendliness, creating newsletters, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
🚀Job Responsibilities:
Identify target audience and grow our email list
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Write newsletters including all company updates
Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
Create email databases for lead generation
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
🧩 Your Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing within Digital Marketing and Advertising services. eCommerce experience is highly desired.
Proven experience in Generating leads using email marketing tools, strategies, and approaches.
Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, web analysis, and content management systems.
Proficiency in marketing and email automation technology and tools.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics, A/B testing, and CRM tools.
Familiarity with analytical, database tools, and reporting.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong project management skills, and An ability to work under tight deadlines.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Team player, and Good time-management skills.
