We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VICE PRESIDENT- II to join our FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS team. This role is located in PUNE, INDIA - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Be a point of contact and Lead MIS Operations India team on the monthly/yearly operational maintenance on Planning Analytics (formerly TM1) Platform.
Accountable for the ongoing processes, research, document and resolve critical issues.
Assisting in performing root cause analysis for data quality errors, research and determine scope and complexity of issues and identify the steps for remediation.
Coordinating remediation with relevant teams (Sources, Technology, Business, Finance, etc.)
Should be able to deliver on time bound and very critical processes on the Operational side of the Platform.
Support on Finance Transformation initiatives in Planning Analytics Platforms.
Support and enable enhancement testing from operational perspective.
Co-ordinate with global team members to help execute monthly BAU Cycle.
Apptio knowledge is a plus.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or finance discipline or degree in math, engineering, or statistics or equivalent.
Sound functional knowledge and experience in understanding financial process and terminologies.
Must have 8-12 years of deep operations’ management experience working with various Data Analytics and Visualization tools like IBM Planning Analytics, Apptio, PAX, PAW, Cubewise Pulse etc.
Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing demands.
Experience in Allocation operations is a plus.
Experience on Cloud Computing and storage is a plus.
Excellent and flexible written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused professional attitude.
