Corporate Development Associate (Project Management Focus)

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES：

•  Involve in transactions from end-to-end, including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
•  Involve in post-investment asset management.
•  Help screen low to moderately complex business proposals using pre-defined filtering criteria. Extract pertinent data from feasibility studies as inputs to business planning.
•  Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new ventures.
•  Support the development of economic/financial models for moderately complex business ventures.
•  Help assess 3rd party business plans for investment prioritization.
•  Conduct document review for arbitration and investigatory matters.
•  Conduct factual investigation to support long-run dispute matters.
•  Assisting with claim assessment and other regulatory/compliance matters.
•  Translation of legal and commercial documents.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Business or other quantitative oriented field.
•  Minimum of 2-year of project management experience across the international teams.
•  Experience or knowledge of specific venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs or joint venturing is preferred.
•  Resourceful, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential.
•  Solid and flawless English communication skills both verbally and writing. Good Mandarin communication will be a plus.
•  Managing complex and dynamic workload, running multiple projects simultaneously.
•  Advanced analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
•  Proactive with can-do attitude, fast learner, detail oriented.
•  Good Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills.
•  Relevant professional certifications are a plus. *
