Business Manager

We are currently hiring for a full-time position of Business Manager at BBarters. This is a dynamic position full of opportunities of learning Business development and management. We are an e-learning startup with a great potential for organic and sustainable growth. We are looking for a person who would embrace our vision and strive to help us expand.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Development

• Social Media Management, Promotion for Organic Brand Growth
• Website Management, SEO, and Google Analytics
• Collaborations with Other Agencies/French Institutions/Individuals

Business Management

• Support with Handling of External Inquiries
• Understanding the existing clientele and Exploring new Target Groups
• Constant Feedback/Data Points Collections via Interactions with Existing Clients

Additional Responsibilities

• Supporting the team with Continuous Recruitment of Talent
• Exploration of Automation Tools for Increasing Organizational Productivity
• Help with Revenue Analytics, Tax Documents and Compliance Exercises
• Management of various external subscriptions, collaborations etc.

Job Requirements

• Candidates has to be based in Pune, India
• Educational Background in Business Administration with Specialization in Finance
• 1-2 years Work Experience
• Fluent in Business English (Speaking and Writing), knowledge of French will be a plus
• Keen explorer of latest internet tools, sites, and apps
• Open to Work in a Highly evolving Startup Environment
• A High-Speed Internet Connection, a High-end work computer, with good quality audio tools
• Readiness to travel if required for certain tasks

Salary Offered
₹5.5 lakhs per annum (CTC)

Work Hours
Tue - Sat 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (For overlap with team members based in EU and US)
Sunday and Monday OFF
