Under this role, you will be working with the QuillAudits team; As a result of our industry-leading and quality assured services, we have helped 1000+ web3 projects to eliminate serious security threats and have secured $30B+ in total value locked.

We are looking for an ambitious & passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team of Quills who can help in the growth & expansion of our business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generating leads through various channels like LinkedIn, Telegram, web3 conferences, Twitter, and databases.
  • Contacting potential prospects through cold outreach.
  • Identifying prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Setting up qualified meetings with the prospects.
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Employing new strategies to ensure company's growth and expansion.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound emails.
  • Good knowledge of blockchain, web3, cryptocurrencies, deFi.
  • Strong knowledge of the software/IT/consulting industry.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a web3 start-up.
  • The passion for direct sales, sales support, pitching products/services and pre-sales.
  • Passion for connecting with people to develop networks and identify business opportunities.
  • Understand the market landscape, key players, competitive landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.

Compensation:

  • This role is a commission-only role with On-Target Earnings (OTE)
  • Reimbursement will be given for attending web3 events.Also, allowances will be based on which country you belong to.
