We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce
Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce Solution
Consultant at GetOnCRM Solutions, you will be responsible for
understanding our clients' unique business needs, analyzing their
Salesforce systems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
Cloud, and more), and providing expert guidance to align their goals
with Salesforce best practices. You will also play a crucial role in
overseeing the implementation process to ensure successful project
execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Consultation: • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand their business objectives and challenges. • Assess current Salesforce configurations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as any existing integrations.
- Solution Design and Recommendations: • Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to meet each client's unique requirements. • Provide expert recommendations on system improvements, customizations, and third-party integrations. • Align Salesforce solutions with clients' long-term goals and objectives.
- Project Oversight: • Lead and oversee Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure seamless project delivery. • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to keep them informed of project progress.
- Documentation and Training: • Create detailed documentation of proposed solutions, project plans, and system configurations. • Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients' teams to ensure effective system utilization.
- Best Practices and Industry Knowledge: • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends. • Share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, or similar).
• Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Sales Cloud
Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud
Consultant.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting
and implementation projects.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce
solutions.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Experience Cloud, and integration technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with clients and cross-
functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings (if required).
