Operations Executive/Customer Service

myBageecha is an e-commerce marketplace based out of Ahmedabad. We are looking to expand/hire for an urgent requirement for customer service and operations manager. Being a customer oriented B2C company, handling customer queries and looking after shipments is our most priority driven role.

Responsibilities for this role will include :
1) Being available to customers via Call/Whatsapp/Chat from 10 to 7.
2) Understanding the business and products we offer and taking utmost care of representing the business to clients.
3) Handling of shipments from different platforms like our website, Amazon, etc
4) Taking care and co-ordinating with courier companies for getting shipments delivered on time
5) Product uploads/finding new products or vendors to onboard on the website.
