HR Officer

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process of professionals, interns, and volunteers from campuses and corporates

2. Sourcing, screening, evaluating, and helping select candidates as per recruitment policy.

3. Handle user/operational manuals, policy documentation, and correspondence templates

4. Work on popularizing science and nature workshops and seminars, adult literacy programs, environment-friendly recreation facilities, online resources, and higher-learning institutions to extend the number of candidates

5. Work on CSR (corporate social responsibility) mobilization

ELIGIBILITY:

1. Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in HR at a professional set-up

2. Skilled in head-hunting and talent identification using various social networking sites.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, PR, and analytical skills

4. Functional knowledge of MS Office and GK

BENEFITS:

1. INR 2,10,000 - 3,50,000 P.A depending upon the extent of education and experience, in our monthly incremented growth plan. Plus, performance-based incentives.

3. For outstation candidates, in return for additional daily productivity of 2.5 hours free boarding and lodging, transport, internet, and mobile expense reimbursement is available.

4. Lifetime employment offered. In return SPRAT expects a minimum lock-in period of service: say 12 or 24 or 36 months. The compensation and position may vary accordingly. This commitment will be secured appropriately.

5. For higher education or for handling higher responsibilities or for extending working hours, higher compensation may be negotiated

6. A suitable job for the SPOUSE in one of several disciplines may be sympathetically considered.

Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Salary: ₹210,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
