Role: Senior Human Resource Manager
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Specialization
Compensation: Compensation ranging from ₹ 4 - 7 LPA
Objectives of this role:
Proven work experience of over 4 years as an Technical HR Executive
Having Expertise in Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Track-Record of successfully managing change management with full-cycle recruiting
Excellent knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Proven leadership abilities over two years.
Solid Communication and Networking Skills
Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or allied domain
Responsibilities:
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Design compensation structure and benefits packages for Employees/Interns.
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Monitor the HR department's budget and targets.
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees’ grievances
Create Strategies and run referral bonus programs
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the company as required.
