Role: Technical Human Resource Executive
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Specialization
Compensation: Compensation ranging from ₹ 3 - 6 LPA

Objectives of this role:

Proven work experience of over 2 years as an Technical HR Executive
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle Recruiting & Retention
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Company Policies & ensure employees understand and comply with them
Manage effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees’ grievances
Manage and run referral bonus programs
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the company.
