Skill & Abilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Australia with a focus on AWS-based solutions and services.
- Research and analyze the Australian market to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and position our services accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Generating qualified leads for various services of SourceFuse Technologies with a target geography
- Use Outbound Lead Generation tools such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose solutions that help clients meet their business objectives
- Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Pre-sales and Marketing team
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System
- Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Actively engage in business development activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
- Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal discussions to effectively communicate the value of our services and solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand the technical aspects of our offerings and translate them into compelling sales propositions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AWS services, certifications, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance regularly to management.
- Participate in contract negotiations and contribute to deal closures while ensuring adherence to pricing and profitability guidelines.
- Continuously gather market feedback and competitor insights to inform product/service enhancements and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record (3-5 years) in business development or sales roles within the IT services industry in Australia.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, particularly AWS, and the Australian market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and key stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Australia for client meetings, conferences, and events.
