What we want from you….

  • Oversee and support a team of approx. 7-10 sales team members during their day to day activities.
  • Motivate, inspire, and empower your Sales Team.
  • Create and implement new policies and procedures that help to ensure quality, growth & profitability
  • Assist with new starter training, as well as providing continued coaching and development.
  • In collaboration with the leadership team, identify and address staff learning and development needs.
  • Ensure sales team are achieving and exceeding KPI’s both individually and as a team.
  • Implementing performance improvement plans
