Your Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant at Viva, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive support to startup executives in the US, including C-level professionals. Your primary goal is to enhance the efficiency and success of startup leaders in a growing company.

This includes areas like:

  1. Calendar & email management
  2. Travel & expense management
  3. Meeting & presentation support
  4. Team engagement & event planning
  5. *Operations (Document and improvement management) *

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed University degree and/or at least two years of equivalent work experience.
  • Stable candidates with a desire for a long-term position.
  • Excellent communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; ability to learn new tools (Slack, etc.).
  • Customer or client service experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with North American professionals is a plus.
