The Role

SuperMoney is looking for a versatile and driven professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist with a customer support twist.

As our Compliance Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all our operations comply with industry regulations while also providing outstanding customer support. You'll manage our email ticket platform, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely resolution to any issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-first mentality, with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Familiarity with email ticket platforms and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Technical/Functional Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ideally, 2+ years’ experience in compliance support or account management
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and advertising regulations is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of software systems (experience with HubSpot is a bonus)

Personal Skills:

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, good time management, able to prioritize effectively
  • Works well under pressure and within deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and meticulous
  • Strong customer service skills: negotiation, diplomacy, able to translate and communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Ability to build strong relationships with and influence clients and internal stakeholders
  • Solid team player
