Office/Admin Manager

The Office/Admin Manager will provide general administrative support, HR support, and marketing support to advance the goals and objectives of Astori Ventures. Additional duties include:

• Manage all office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
• Manage basic HR functions, such as employee records, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with the management team to organize company events and meetings.
• Manage office budgets, ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget, and process payroll and benefits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable office environment.
• Assist in light marketing activities, such as managing social media accounts, creating newsletters, and updating the company website.
• Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and others that travel and visit clients, and attend conferences.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team as required, including managing schedules and correspondence.
• Support in developing internal communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.
• Report to the CEO while also supporting the Head of Engineering and Head of Fundraising.
