Premiumreal is more than just a mobile wallet; it's how people send money to their grandparents for medicine, how parents send money to their children for school supplies, and how the African continent connects to the global economy. Our products and business are rapidly expanding, and we need creative thinkers and hard explorers to help us pave the way in enabling financial inclusion for millions of Africans through products and services that will allow our users to pay their bills digitally, purchase Airtime and Data bundles, and enter the international e-commerce or cross-border market through our multi-currency accounts that allow them to hold, send, and receive money from Africa in any currency for their business.
You will be expected to:
Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
Train other workers
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Compile data, statistics and other information
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Train, direct and motivate staff
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
Manage training and development strategies
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
