Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Support Maverick to join our team. You'll get your hands on everything from managing Office 365 accounts to crafting training programs against phishing, keeping our digital communication channels secure, and tinkering with our Shopify website.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take charge of Office 365 accounts: set up, troubleshoot, and keep things running smoothly.
• Oversee the acquisition and distribution of IT devices, creating an efficient, seamless process.
• Maintain meticulous logs of device management, with a focus on the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Develop, implement, and conduct training against phishing threats - you'll be our frontline defense in the digital space.
• Run a tight ship on the email firewall to ensure the integrity of our digital communication channels.
• Get hands-on with the company’s Shopify website - a little maintenance here, an update there.
• Lend your expertise to data management tasks, helping to organize, clean, and securely store valuable information.
• Flex your QA muscles on the company's websites, identifying bugs, interface issues, and potential enhancements.
What You'll Need:
• Experience in IT support roles, particularly with Office 365 management.
• A solid grasp of device management and network security, including firewalls and phishing threats.
• Familiarity with web management, preferably with Shopify.
• Experience with data management tools and practices.
• Understanding of QA testing procedures for websites.
• The ability to solve complex problems - a challenge is what gets you up in the morning.
• Great communication skills - you can break down tech jargon into everyday language.
• Meticulous attention to detail - nothing gets past your eagle eye.
• Superior organizational skills - you're a maestro at juggling tasks and deadlines.
