Believe it or not, over a million people decide to skip the traditional process altogether and go the DIY route, selling or buying properties on platforms like Facebook and Craigslist. It's a massive $150 billion market, but surprisingly, there aren't any solid solutions out there to make it easier. Well, that's where we come in.

What you’ll do –
A lot of building. As part of the Sparen team, you'll be right in the thick of things, playing a crucial role in shaping and defining the user experience for our diverse range of customers.
- Planning for the future. We want to make sure we're up to speed with all the latest and greatest trends in the market. So keep yourself plugged in, explore new frontiers, and make sure our codebase is always in sync with the ever-changing frontend landscape.
Collaborate with the team. Be a mentor, through and through. You'll have the opportunity to guide and support your fellow peers, executives, and hey, maybe even your own team of junior devs. Sharing your knowledge and expertise is where the magic happens. Whether it's helping your colleagues grow, providing guidance to top-level folks, or nurturing a talented bunch of aspiring developers, mentoring is key.
What are we looking for?
Pragmatism -
- Someone who can move fast, but with an eye towards the future. You understand when, where, and how to balance speed, and quality.
Problem Solving -
- You don’t need to be told exactly what to do.
- With the right information you’re willing and able to solve challenging problems independently.
Experience -
- 4+ Years of frontend engineering experience
– bonus points if you’ve led a frontend team – - Strong working knowledge of CSS
- Understanding of UX / UI Design & Development best practices
- Working knowledge of Figma
Primary Skills: Vue.JS, Typescript, (and you know – html, css)
Also Nice: React (Native), Python, Django
