Invisible Us is a progressive WordPress-focused company, rooted in over 15 years of higher education marketing experience. We have developed the** Student Recruitment Suite, a comprehensive package of tools designed to streamline and enhance student recruitment for higher education programs. Our offering includes Program Marketing Essentials and Career Profiles Pro plugins that provide students with all the necessary information to comfortably and confidently enroll in academic programs. Along with our cutting-edge plugins, we also offer additional marketing services including content writing, website configuration, and PPC ad creation.

Job Description:
We are actively seeking a seasoned and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team as a co-founder. This individual will play a key role in driving the adoption of our Student Recruitment Suite and other services within the higher education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in targeted higher education markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
  • Foster key customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other co-founders and team members to align our sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts for our product suite and services.
  • Utilize data and metrics to report on sales performance, adjust sales strategies as needed, and present data-driven insights to the broader team and stakeholders.
  • Drive the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions, preferably within the higher education sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the higher education market and its unique needs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
