Event Planner / Experience Creator at ComeWith.co

We are looking for a smart, friendly, creative, event planner and experience creator who has experince with event marketing and social events to help bring people together for the ComeWith Adventure Club.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and design Experiences (events) that Customers love
• Work with the company Founder on new Experience ideas to develop fun and satisfying Experiences for Customers
• Play the role of event host (Experience Creator) and bring friendliness and a positive attitude to help ensure posititive Customer satisifaction
• Recruit, manage and train and network of part-time hosts to host experiences
• Obtain feedback from Customers using informal and formal interactions to improve Experiences and generate new ideas for fun things to do
• Communicate only with Customers on Meetup and on ComeWith.co to answer Customer questions and help facilitate a positive Experience for all Customers.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience creating and running in-real-life social events
• Experience doing business and marketing deals with local, small businesses in various service industries
• Friendly, likeable, helpful, positive attitude
• Resonates with the problem we are solving for Customers
• Business, sales or marketing degree a plus
