Co-founder, CTO

TL;DR –Wise.ai is looking for a CTO cofounder with experience developing SaaS products leveraging artificial intelligence.

Wise.ai wants to redefine the way humans interact with machines by making them truly assistive for all professionals. Today, most systems are at a read/ write level. We want to abstract read/write systems to an inference level. Wise.ai is beginning by upgrading the sales workflow. Sales historically has been a mix of high and low cognitive tasks. Sales reps constantly communicate across multiple disciplines such as legal, product, and executive leadership, reach back into the ether to see if a lead's warming up, and go through the endless cycle of rescheduling. We will use a combination of generative AI and and RPA to simulate human like judgement in performing most low cognitive tasks including maintaining data hygiene, ensuring cross-team deal visibility.

We believe that AI is impactful when it is truly assistive for someone. Wise.ai is not just about generating better emails or summarizing meetings, nor is it yet another CRM. We are leading a full transformation of the sales process, streamlining every task and filling in the work that is much less interesting so each salesperson can focus on what they do best – selling and increasing revenue.

We're looking for a proven track record in:

1. Decomposing the vision into achievable engineering milestones and prioritizing effectively.

2. Hiring and leading a strong team of software developers.

3. Developing SaaS products that leverage AI, ideally in text-based domains (language understanding, dialog, etc.)

4. Achieving successful outcomes in a 0-to-1 product involving rapid learning and pivots.

It's essential that you:

1. Possess significant experience in deep/frontier tech startup building, where "experience" is measured in non-trivial, sometimes creative commercialization achievements and strategy evolution + execution.

2. Are hungry for the early "everybody builds" startup environment and can adapt to changing needs quickly. You will need to be hands-on developing the product while hiring and leading a team.

3. Thrive creating structure without guidance in ambiguous and fast-moving environments

4. Are driven by our long-term mission and building something truly transformative.

5. Are creative and optimistic in the tech we're building and markets we're defining yet maintain a pragmatic sense of what we can accomplish today to create meaningful, long-term value for our collaborators and customers.
