CTO

The CTO will lead the development and implementation of Grovia’s SaaS products. You will be responsible for the Grovia product roadmap and the continued development of existing solutions to drive their widespread adoption. This is a unique opportunity to work with an early stage startup to develop and launch flagship software products.

Grovia is a partner recruitment software and services company based in Seattle, WA! We help companies recruit digital marketing partners (such as publishers, affiliates, and influencers) through automation. Partner marketing is one of the most efficient and cost-effective marketing models for driving new revenue, high-value leads and incremental sales. We help our customers automate partner recruitment, including partner discovery, outreach, activation, and enablement.

In May, we’re launching early access to Grovia Discovery, the search engine for digital partner discovery. This is the first product launch from a suite of partner recruitment solutions we are bringing to market in 2021.

This role will require you to:
• Work remotely, full-time
• Build. You’ll need to roll up your sleeves and write code, from architecture to fixing finicky bugs, especially in the early days of the role
• Recruit. You will hire, mentor, and foster a great culture with both in-house and outsourced teams.
• Partner. You’ll need to collaborate closely with business and design teams to match customer needs with product realities.
• Plan. You will drive the long-term product strategy and will be responsible for roadmap
• Communicate. You will work with the CEO and CRO to effectively communicate the vision and value of the product.

Qualifications
• Fluent in Python/Django, Javascript
• Proven product leadership and entrepreneurial spirit: innovative, self-directed, and capable of operating in a fast-moving environment
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying web services
• Experience working with offshore development teams a plus
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, and/or digital marketing a plus
• Able to work in the US
