Applied Large Language Models and Reinforcement Learning Engineer

Qualifications

• You're a beast that has built personal projects, conducted research, and/or written peer reviewed publications on Large Language Models (LLM), prompt engineering, and/or Reinforcement Learning with/without Human Feedback (RLHF). (Extra points if you have done this by yourself without a university to guide you.)
• Degree does not matter, we seek people who have built things already or have a strong motivation to push hard and develop themselves into a great scientist/engineer.
• Basic qualification: Python, Tensorflow/PyTorch, messed around with OpenAI's Family of GPT Models and see the potential of Meta's new open source ChatLLaMA.

Responsibilities

• Improve our current implementation of SommerAI for therapy by any means; be it by cleaning the data we are collecting from clinical psychologist recorded therapy sessions, experimenting and boosting performance of different APIs and Generative models or techniques such as Knowledge Graphs, or going hard and developing a new architecture and ML system.
• Direct the engineering efforts and grow a team around your leadership.
• Work hardcore every day.
