The Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensuring that the sales process is efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all leads are properly tracked and followed up on.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field, preferably in the technology or logistics industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
