Primary Responsibilities:
- You are expected to drive the operation (Vendor/property Onboarding / Vendor Management). Some guidelines on the job role are as below, however you will largely create your own job role to achieve the primary goal mentioned,
- Understanding the key barriers faced while digitizing experiences/accommodations and developing recommendations and executing the action plan for experience onboarding
- Research, find and understand different destinations and experience to onboard on platform
- Coordinate with new and existing travel service providers for different services.
- Supporting the field sales team in pricing and commission closure with the providers
- Manage the supplier acquisition cost target thats defined on a month-on-month basis
- Maintain coordination with internal employees with respect to different processes and product improvements.
- Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
Requirement:
- Experience in Travel Company
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Vendor Management with proven track record
- Street-smart problem solver
- Have basic knowledge of photo editing tools
