Lead / Director of Product Design

We're a fast growing B2B startup looking for a Lead / Director of Product Design who can take GoCo to the next level with their incredible design skills and leadership abilities.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to make sure what we build is easy to use, looks cool, and makes a real impact for our clients.
• Lead and mentor the design team, providing guidance and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
• Develop and implement design processes and standards that ensure consistency across all of GoCo.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve our products.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and leadership abilities.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and design systems.
• A strong sense of empathy for users and the ability to translate user needs into elegant design solutions.
• A track record of creating successful, innovative products that meet business objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
