Chatbot Designer

Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing conversational flows/conversation designs.
 The person will be majorly responsible for requirement elicitation and transform the
requirements in conversation design
 Hands on experience on Designing Conversation Scripts, Bot Responses and user journey to
create consumerfacing Chat-bots with personality, character and human user interactions.
 Creative thinking of user’s conversational journey with a bot. Identifying different ways in
which a user can speak with a Bot
 Experience in collaborating with development team while actual chat-bot building process
takes place
 Regularly attend meetings with Project managers, Product Owners and Client to discuss the
prerequisites, use cases and build conversational Designs using various tools
 Hands on experience of working on conversation designing tools Lucid Charts, MS Visio,
however not limited to these tools
 Travel background would be an add on and should be able to understand the terminologies
in the travel domain
 Excellent communication and writing skills. Exceptional creative thinking, writing and
persona building skills
 Innovative thinker with the ability of designing creative solutions.
 Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and
communicate to internal resources and external vendors.
