Accountant (Clone)

You will be responsible for preparing accounts, budgeting and managing financial information. Your core responsibilities typically include preparing and examining financial records, assuring information is up to date and accurate.

Responsibilities:

Preparing accounts and tax returns
Monitoring spending and budgets
Auditing and analyzing financial performance
Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Keeping account books and systems up to date
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
Resolve any discrepancies or irregularities they find in records, statements, or documented transactions
Responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices for clients and vendors to assist with timely payment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
CPA
Minimum 1-year experience in accounting / finance
