Payroll Executive

Location - Pune
Education - Any graduate
Exp - 3+
Salary -5 to 7 LPA

1. Monthly salary validation and processing
2. Salary bank payment file upload
3. Upload of tax declaration at the beginning of the year & actual proofs validation at the year end
4. Experience in payroll module of #SAP_HANA
5. Full & final settlements working and processing
6. Employee Travel reimbursement accounting and payments
7. Compilation of data for Quarterly tax return and Form 16

Must haves :

• MS Excel proficiency - #pivots, #VLOOKUP's
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of Indian Tax rules w.r.t. salary income, HRA, Gratuity , Chapter VI-A etc.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance
