We are creating an ‘AWS for fashion’ that helps brands of all sizes to design and manufacture their products in the nimblest and the most demand linked fashion. By leveraging cutting edge tech and data, we aim to solve every step of the supply chain, in the USD 800Bn global fashion manufacturing market, to provide a one-of-its-kind solution where brands can manufacture their products 5 times faster, in 1/10th the quantities

About the Role:

We are looking to form our core founding team of super-talented and mission oriented members. As an ‘Associate - Founders’ Office’ - you’ll own the entire product life cycle for each of our tech products from inception, planning, delivery, and ongoing product management and enhancement. You will work with multifunctional teams and drive core business KPIs. This role directly reports to the co-founders.

Roles and responsibilities:

Identify problems along the supply chain to understand and develop solutions to brands’, suppliers’ and manufacturers’ pain points
Conduct primary research by speaking with clients and various stakeholders to derive insights, feedback and learnings.
Drive secondary research, competitive analysis and sift through data to develop product and GTM strategy
Lead the various strategy, product and operations projects in mission mode and troubleshoot wherever necessary
Key Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in multifunctional, product strategy, business strategy, operations, management consulting and founder’s office roles
Education background - IIM, ISB, IITs (top 5), SRCC, BITS Pilani or equivalent
Strong business & problem solving acumen; possess an analytical mind
Open to work in all conditions (client offices or factory floors) and all stakeholders
Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability for solutioning through data-led interventions and product-first approach
Adept in using Microsoft office, basic SQL and Google products

Nice to haves:

Previous experience of working in very fast and high responsibility setups
Comfort with ambiguity and working across multiple time zones
Previous experience in fashion, apparel manufacturing and supply chain
