Menu Planning Analyst

What we are looking for

We are seeking a full-time Menu Planning Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects and is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!

This person will be leading improvements in menu scheduling supporting business strategies contributing to reach company goals. This is a key role with significant impact on all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze Menu gaps while executing the necessary actions to improve cost margins and menu satisfaction on a weekly basis.
• Support with Chef Portfolios and Menus’ Analysis to support the different projects with Product, Portfolio and Chef Success Team.
• Identify margins improvement on Unit Costs basis, developing action plans for each initiative.
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports/ dashboards on Menu Planning team KPIs
• Maintain close relationships with all stakeholders to ensure air-tight communications.
• Analyze and approve new SKUs contributing variety flywheel

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of previous experience in a a similar role, making business impact based on analysis and its operational execution; and you have worked on different cost optimization projects.
• Bachelor’s degree n Business, Economy or other related Good analytical skills and advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel.
• You can identify process gaps and opportunities, and a willingness to take the necessary steps to improve and implement them.
• You feel confortable handling multiple projects and assignments, while being able to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines, and with a keen eye for detail.
• Since our HQ are located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required.
