Eventros is the platform that markets and sells premium events and experiences in North Texas. Our platform brings a fresh and innovative approach to the event marketing, planning and development process.
The primary function of this position is to develop, manage and facilitate events while serving as a bridge beween consumers and providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event Design and Execution: Ability to design and developw outstanding events from start to finish, including the ability to think creatively about venues, vendors, audience experiences, entertainment and food and beverage. This position will require a strong critical eye to data, processes, and creative problem solving to ensure all events and programs are executed successfully.
Communication: Establishing and maintaining pro-active and effective communications with each team member, vendors, and customers through excellent oral and written communication. Serve as primary point of contact for vendors including but not limited to hotels, travel agencies, bus and transportation operators, DMCs, tour groups, AV and technology service providers, entertainment and general service contractors
Writing/Content Development: Provide exceptional customer service to partners and attendees, via written and verbal communication.
Social Media: Assist in promoting the events through marketing channels such as social media, emailers, and advertising campaigns. Develop written content to promote events.
Time Management: Comfortability working on multiple projects at a time to prioritize workflows, navigate multiple events calendars and meet deadlines.
Budget Management: Manage event budgets, with the goal of ensuring that all evetns are revenue generating.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:

- Experience in event planning and execution (REQUIRED)
- Hybrid / Remote Work: Ability to conduct business in person, virtually or in a hybrid work environment (i.e Microsoft Teams & Zoom), with flexibility for early morning start times, some evenings and day-time travel across the Dallas - Fort Worth visiting vendors and venues.
- Bachelor’s Degree level of education, hospitality industry a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Strong time management and project planning skills with ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with strict attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work with a team as well as by oneself with little supervision
- Must be able to adapt to all personality types and variety of subject matter

- Ability to work weekends and after hours during busy season and event times
Salary: $50,000.00 per year + Commision
