The Role

Job Description

This is a great position for an established Medical Sales professionals with existing relationships and contacts in the healthcare provider field to establish and maintain a robust deal flow.
Leverage existing or past relationships to drive incremental sales
Be self-motivated and accountable to establishing, managing and maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities on a consistent and timely basis.

Requirements:

Existing relationships with Primary Care physicians and medical practice offices (Surgeons, Gastroenterologist, Endocrinologist, Dermatologist, Cardiologist, Obstetrician/ Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Internal Medicine, etc.) would be valuable.
Comfortable with cold calling, ability to reach decision makers, setting up in-person appointments and closing leads.
Knowledge of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management and key KPIs (AR Days, Aging bucket, Denial Rates, etc.)
You must be fluent in English
US citizen or US resident
Provide your own prospects and follow up on provided sales leads
Communicate with the management on a daily basis

Compensation:

Base Commission: 15% residual on billable accounts for the duration of the contract
Because of residuals, a high income with no cap is possible within 9 months just signing up 1-2 physicians’ practice a month.

Ideal Profile:

You are a passionate, experienced, and driven sales professional with sound business aptitude and natural sales instincts
You have a proven track record selling revenue cycle management services
You are self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work both independently and on a team
You have the ability to manage and drive the sales process for a territory
You are technically savvy with an ability to quickly learn and assimilate domain knowledge of the specialty specific medical practice market
You understand the patient experience and the flow of a medical claim
You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can take your career to the next level in the growing field of Healthcare IT and solution services

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years successful physician sales background
EMR/Healthcare, Practice Management or RCM Software sales experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success with managing a sales territory
Experience selling into medical practices strongly desired
Financial services and/or software sales is a plus
Medical practice experience is a plus
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment
