*What will you be responsible for? *

• Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs via SMS, email and phone thanks to our system which automates several manual tasks of a broker/agent - collecting information, reading consents, etc.

• Work independently - no micromanagement - to help us deliver outstanding customer experience

• Process policy modifications, renewals & cancellations

• Answer insurance coverage questions and offer personalized advice

• Share your feedback with the team to improve customer experience

• Move up in the company as we grow!

Do you have what it takes?

• You have a valid AMF and/or RIBO certification in Personal Lines Damage Insurance

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience

• You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English

• You're a quick learner with an interest in technology

• You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
