We are a new software development company located at a WeWork office on Ste-Catherine Street, Downtown Montreal’s major thoroughfare.
Our common goal at Matador is to revolutionize omnichannel retail by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence. The founders are experienced veterans in the world of business and have demonstrated a history of owning and operating successful companies.
As we ramp up for our continued growth, we’re seeking someone to provide technical support and assistance to our different teams.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Performance & Customer Success teams to provide technical assistance and support.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects for client onboarding, platform set up & activation.
- Provide and document information related to product or technical questions.
- Follow up with clients (internal & external) to ensure problems are resolved.
Skills
- A team player who also works well independently.
- Extremely well organized with superb attention to detail.
- Disciplined execution and follow-through; excellent time management skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Experience with administrative and technical support through various tools, software & platforms (CRMs, advertising platforms, SAAS).
- Good oral and written communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
- Outgoing, dynamic and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in the retail automotive industry is an asset.
