Senior Computer User Support Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Computer User Support Specialist to join Powder River Industries in the D.C. area to help support our customer base.

A successful candidate will provide end-user support for PC server, mainframe applications and hardware. The candidate may interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.

Support responsibilities include software installation and configurations. Job duties require the technician to install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals, configure operating system, load shrink-wrap programs and other application software programs.

Qualifications:

-Strong collaboration and teaming skills

-High school education and 2+ years of IT technical support experience

-Security Clearance - Secret clearance is required and must be maintained by the candidate

-IAT Level I (Network+, A+, etc.) is required and must be maintained by the candidate
