• Successful renewal of CDL (Commercial Driver License) or less license renewal failure
• Qualification to obtain a medical certificate from our certified medical examiner

About the Role

We're looking for driven DOT certified medical examiner to join our driver care solution operation team. This role will play a key role in building a relationship with our existing and new customers.
We have a mix of part and full time opportunities and can fit around your existing schedule. Most importantly, with our tech-forward approach and streamlined operations we will make sure you spend your time directly helping clients while we handle all the administrative work for you, from patient onboarding and scheduling to payor relations and billing.

What You'll Do:

• Provide medical exam and create Form MCSA-5870 for our customer
• Collaborate with the founder team to design a coaching program and contribute towards continuous improvement on the customer experience
• Co-create the tools you've always wished you've had to improve your experience alongside our engineering team
• Work from anywhere in the U.S. and choose the hours that fit your schedule best

What You Won't Do:

• Spend hours upon hours on boring administrative work.
• Navigate the insurance billing maze and battle payors for reimbursement.
• Stress to find your own patients and handle their intake or scheduling.

What You'll Need:

• Active Registration by the certified medical examiner
• Licensed in MD/RN/RDN in at least 1 state
• High EQ to building and maintain strong, productive relationships with your patients
• Adaptability to quickly learn new methods and systems (Slack, Google Hangout)
