We design, manufacture, and sell premium earplugs, with great acoustic performance and an amazing fit that keep your hearing protected so you can do what you love. Now available on the water sports market preventing users from infections like Swimmer's ear and Surfer's ear and coming soon to significant markets like construction, noise sensitivity, and sleeping.
What’s the role?
Wavy is looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven consumer Performance Marketing Manager with experience in the management and analysis of paid acquisition campaigns on Facebook/Instagram. You will be responsible for setting strategy, spearheading creative development, executing ad buying, and analyzing campaign performance. You will lead all digital acquisition efforts, and work closely with the design & marketing team to develop creative units that speak to the needs of our target audience and compel them to give us a try.

Testing is your middle name! Everything you touch is an AB test from the creative and copy to landing pages and targeting. You understand incremental lift, conversion rate optimization, and the analysis of performance for e-commerce brands. You keep up to date with the latest ad trends and have experience testing a variety of ad buying features.
You enjoy a small team where bureaucracy is low and the opportunity to make an impact is high. You thrive in ambiguity and love to have fun with a high-energy group of colleagues.
You are a self-starter who excels at both the creative and analytical sides of paid acquisition campaigns. You have good intuition on the types of creative that are thumb-stopping and can communicate your vision to our design team through detailed briefs. You can juggle multiple competing priorities with ease and are extremely organized. You have experience developing landing pages from scratch and have experience optimizing an e-commerce funnel.

2+ years of experience in performance marketing roles
Startup experience (or experience in ambiguous environments)
Consumer, DTC, e-commerce, marketing experience
intermediate-level Facebook Ads skills
intermediate-level reporting and analytical skills
A strong customer focus and drive for results
A creative bent with an eye for what converts
Strong organization skills
Audio/consumer electronics/personal care experience is a plus!
