boostrapper is a growth partner that helps founders to build and expand their startups without having to risk the valuable resources such as; time, money and opportunities. Our services include high-level strategy development, deploying operational teams to execute the optimal growth plans tailored to business needs.
Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern with natural sales instincts and an eagerness to learn about overall business development.
In this role, you will be assisting the founders with an array of tasks ranging from leads generation to strategy development. Your main focus will be acquiring new enterprise clients and be the brand ambassador for boostrapper as first point of contact. You will be conducting online and offline events with other startups to build and expand the business network.
*Responsibilities: *
- Assist the founders in developing new business strategies and running daily operations,
- Conduct market research and market development activities,
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through creative lead generation techniques in order to develop and expand the business by maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers,
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships aligned with the vision of the company,
- Represent bootstrapper in various online & offline startup events including hosting own events,
*Qualifications: *
- Recently graduated or currently enrolled in an accredited university (Bachelors or Masters) in business, finance, economics, marketing, or other related field of study,
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) in English and other European language/s,
- Solutions-oriented, highly motivated self-starter with a passion for new technologies and entrepreneurship,
- Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail,
- Willingness to travel and expand network,
- Experience of business-to-business sales desirable but not essential,
Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or similar presentation software
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
