Hiring Process

We follow a three step hiring process before going ahead with the offer
1) Screening (Share your best works and protfolio with quantifiable outcomes to qualify)
2) Assignment (Follow and finish the assignment on time. We value decipline)
3) Interview (Surprise us! Tell us something we don't know)
4) This is not a step. But please read the responsibilites of the job role to save both of our time.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Crafting compelling and witty content for our website, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Optimizing content for search engines to ensure our product gets the attention it deserves.
• Collaborating with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities (Please read them before applying)

1. Content Creation:

Produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.

1. Keyword Research:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases that align with the company's goals and target audience.

1. SEO Optimization:

Integrate strategically chosen keywords naturally into the content to improve search engine visibility and rankings.

1. Meta Tag Optimization:

Craft compelling meta titles and descriptions that encourage click-throughs from search engine results pages (SERPs).

1. Content Formatting:

Structure content for readability and user experience, incorporating headings, subheadings, bullet points, and other formatting elements.

1. Technical SEO:

Collaborate with the technical team to address technical SEO aspects, such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and URL structure.

1. User Intent Understanding:

Understand user intent and create content that meets the needs of the target audience while aligning with the goals of the business.

1. Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in content strategy.

1. Link Building:

Participate in or contribute to link-building strategies through the creation of shareable and link-worthy content.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools, providing insights into user behavior, traffic sources, and other relevant metrics.

1. Collaboration with Marketing Team:

Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with broader marketing goals and campaigns.

1. Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure the content remains effective and competitive.

1. Conversion Optimization (CRO):

Contribute to conversion rate optimization efforts by creating content that encourages user engagement and conversions.

1. Adherence to Guidelines:

Follow ethical SEO practices and guidelines to ensure long-term success and maintain the website's reputation with search engines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Copywriter, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to implement them effectively is a must.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good approch to finding trending topics to gain views and backlinks.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms like ahref, GA4, Wordpress will be a plus.
• Network among the Blogging/Writer community.
