The Role

We are looking for an Operations Support Agent who speaks English and is determined to engage in friendly contacts with our internal operation, responding to all inquiries and assisting them with the daily activities and needs.

What you'll do:

  • Address and support our field Operations team (working locally in 40+ locations) via phone, email, slack;
  • Direct contact with Customer Excellence team to monitor and support their Road Assistance service to customers on-trip on a daily basis;
  • Provide support within the Operations department to assure a smooth and accurate workflow;
  • Control daily activities and productivity reports within all of our US and European branches - develop and manage a data driven overview of our operations;
  • Be familiar with with the continuously evolving Indie Campers products and operational policies to ensure constant follow-up and quality feedback in assisting our teams’ questions and daily needs;
  • Monitor and report of operational issues and follow-up to ensure proper resolution;
  • Identify operational constraints and help designing and implementing new operational procedures;
  • Contribute to an effective and successful management of productivity, costs and quality control of our branches;
  • Support in developing an intra-department helpdesk mindset and structure;
  • Development and update of our e-learning platform.

Who you are:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory) + French or German fluency (preferred);
  • Fleet or campervan knowledge (preferred)
  • Previous experience in Operations and/or Customer Service position;
  • Available to work weekends and holidays;
  • Problem solving attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken);
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast growing environment;
  • Fast learner and problem solver approach;
  • Effective team player, with attention to detail and a eager for learning;
  • Be enthusiastic about making businesses grow;
  • Software Skills - Knowledge of Excel / Google sheets (preferred).
