Executive and product Assistant

Experience
Graduate or intern of the careers like Marketing, Communication, Administration, International Relations, Systems or related.

Minimum experience of 1 year as Executive Assistant, attending directive positions, preferably on Marketing, Communication or CEO

Location: Condesa, CDMX, Mexico

Functions:

• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Monitoring and reporting of the sale of domains or digital products.
• Definition and programming of promotions for the Digital Products sales strategy
• Create documents and presentations in English related to the brand's projects.

Skills and knowledge:

• Marketing basis
• Knowledge and understanding of internet concepts such as domains, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, etc.
• Data analysis, statistics to generate reports.
• Knowledge of tlds / gtlds internet domains
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced written and spoken business English.
