Delivery Assistant

• Serves as a basic source of information to clients on materials, price and services available
• As part of the delivery services, provides general customer service support to clients on an as-needed basis.
• Addresses requests/concerns or refers clients to the appropriate person
• Reviews and verifies accuracy of job tickets and other office documentation.
• Sorts and prioritizes items for delivery
• Receives, sorts, prioritizes and processes orders for delivery
• Drives vehicle for pick-up and delivery services
• Delivers items to specific locations
• Maintains the order of work area and vehicle.
• Performs clerical function incidental to delivery activities, including maintaining and logging orders for pickup and delivery
