Senior Sales Executive – Transcription

We are currently looking for Senior Sales Executive who will be directly responsible for making new contact, gauge interest, book discovery meetings and acquiring new enterprise customers in speech-to- text and transcription industry. This position will be based in Seattle, WA and will closely work with the leadership team to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

• Ability to assist with the creation of repeatable, scalable, sales processes

• Develop new customer relationships by engaging prospective customers via phone, email and LinkedIn

• Introduce potential clients to the complexities of audio transcription, video captioning, and translation services.

• Onboard new clients & maintain existing customers by providing value in the services offered, solve customer challenges and proactively mitigate churn

• Bring new and innovative prospecting ideas to the table and be willing to experiment

• Close new corporate/enterprise business & work closely with the customer success team on upsell/cross-sell with strategic customers

• Strong track record of triggering revenue generation through successful presales efforts

• Lead online presentations and demos of our product and services

• Provide customized proposals meeting client requirements

Qualifications

• At least 5 years selling speech to text solution, audio and video transcription services to the enterprise market.

• Prior experience managing complex deals selling to and within strategic accounts

• Knowledge of speech to text, transcription or translation services is a must

• Experience creating professional proposals, presenting to customers, and discussing
  solutions with executive level decision-makers

• Proven negotiation skills; successful track record of closing new business and exceeding quota

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong business acumen

• Ability to work within a team environment

• Highly organized and able to prioritize

• Have a willingness to adapt to and embrace changing business priorities

• Desire and hunger to progress into an enterprise sales professional

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to travel domestically at times

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
