Your primary focus is to hunt and capture customers in new markets and set meetings for our Business Development Managers.You will use data-driven strategies to find ongoing Request for Quote (RFQ's) / Request for Proposals and continue to manage ad follow-up on the bids. Top notch communication skills are essential. Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers.

Requirements of the Business Development Representative, Capture Analyst (BDR):

• BA degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales type or Capture roles in Government, Healthcare, Education or Enterprise.
• Organization and consistent email and contract follow-up is critical to achieve in this role.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are required
• Experience working cross-functionally like sales and operations
