This role will support and maintain Phelcom customers, providing them with solutions to any of our medical device related problems (both hardware and software). Duties include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all devices for optimal performance. The role also troubleshoots problem areas, by telephone, in person or remotely, in a timely and accurate fashion, and provides end-user assistance, training, and education, where required. This role will be the responding to user requests and trouble tickets, as well as proactively maintaining user systems, and coordinating with other resources, both internal and external, to deliver the best possible customer experience.

40-hour work week plus travel as needed
BS degree or experience in Sales/Marketing or health related field would be a plus
Experience with computer hardware
Fluency in English (excellent written and verbal), Spanish or other languages a plus

Ability to perform in a high-pressure start-up environment
Effectively interact with end-users in identifying and resolving technical issues
