The right profile

We are looking to hire a Marketing Associate based in Hong Kong to help us expand our international market presence in Hong Kong. You will work closely with the marketing team to build brand awareness, consideration to drive new customer acquisition. An ideal candidate should be a self-starter, a fast learner with strong execution skills as you will be supporting initiatives end-to-end with multiple stakeholders across several marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads and customer acquisition
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing activities with a digital focus (Content, Social, Referrals, Partnerships)
• Support channel activities to meet business objectives such as ROI and user growth targets
• Develop and maintain the Syfe brand and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
• Prospect and manage content partnership with suitable KOLs and Influencers
• Represent the local voice of an investor in Hong Kong market, feed relevant market insights to regional performance marketing or product teams
• Perform basic campaign analysis to feed as learnings or best practices with regional counterparts
• Support cross-functional projects such as campaigns, and/or product improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ proven marketing experience with a business with strong online / digital focus (e-commerce, delivery, ride-hailing, SaaS, etc)
• Knowledge of local and digital media consumption and consumer behavior
• Native fluency in Cantonese, is comfortable with producing content and copywriting
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Good English skills are required as we work in an international setup
• Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and a keen interest in personal finance and investing
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a thirst to be a part of a limitless financial opportunity
• Keen desire to work in a fast growing start-up in the exciting Fintech space
• Hands-on experience in either graphic design, copywriting or video production is a plus
