The Role

Augmenteed’s software platform helps industrial companies design and build digital workflows for front-line technicians at their job site. We optimize the daily tasks of workers by deploying applications that replace outdated manual processes, resulting in improved productivity, better team collaboration, reduced errors and lower costs.

We have large enterprise clients and we’re ready to scale! You will be among the first employees in the company, making your job scope really interesting. Also we work with really cool tech: smart-glasses, AR, geolocation devices, image recognition and more.

We’re looking for a driven and intellectually curious Sales Development Representative.

Your job scope & responsibilities will be:
Generate pipeline by reaching out to potential partners.
Own the customer’s journey from generating awareness, to sales, to signing.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Develop a territory and sales plan to achieve sales targets, including analyzing the territory/market’s potential, developing tactical action plans to generate pipeline, tracking pipeline and sales, and providing regular status reports.
Disciplined in adhering to the company's sales methodology and cadences.
Act as customer’s conduit and supply management with feedbacks on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to help with Augmenteed’s products enhancements

Skills & characteristics that we are looking for:
Willingness to learn, relentless on execution, detail-oriented, team-first attitude
With at least 3-5 years working experience in Sales preferably gained in the Tech/Software industry and in a business development, sales management, or similar capacity
Experience selling software solutions to one or several industries such as manufacturing, transportation, aerospace, energy/Oil & gas, logistics…
Excellent content writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Possess stakeholder and negotiation management skills
Understanding and inclination toward technology products will be helpful with the company‘s business nature
Proactiveness in suggesting how to improve as a team
Familiarity CRM practices
