eBay/Walmart Channel Manager

Summary

The eBay/Walmart Channel Manager will be responsible for the management and optimization of the company’s ecommerce channels of eBay and Walmart. This role will be tasked with monitoring the marketplaces and providing compelling proposals to drive and maximize the business. We’re seeking an individual with a thorough comprehension of each marketplace’s Seller Central dashboard and tools.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the e-commerce channels of eBay and Walmart
• Design, launch, and monitor promotions across both e-commerce channels that will hit overall margin targets as well as increase conversion and drive sales
• Establish and drive online product strategy to include planning, product imagery, cross selling/upselling, and product copy
• Identify data and listing errors and create customer service tickets and/or complete internal corrective action tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products
• Monitor product performance by analyzing daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Manage and optimize digital marketing competitions and customer needs and channel extensions
• Maintain extensive knowledge of new innovations and technologies in e-commerce business and prop
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.

Required Abilities/Skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Have a growth mindset, always looking for ways to expand sales and visibility on the channel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Team player with a very strong work ethic and high energy level

Education & Experience

• 4+ years working experience successfully managing e-commerce channels, preferably eBay and/or Walmart is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is highly desired.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted.
